Adding Services, Products and Add-Ons
In this video, you'll learn how to add services, products, and add-ons to your GoZone account. The demonstration covers selecting plans, reviewing orders, and completing the checkout process efficiently.
1. Accessing Services and Upgrades
Once you're logged into your GoZone Billing Portal, click on Services. If you want to add a new service, select Order New Services.
2. Smart Wi-Fi Service PlansThe first thing you'll see is the Smart Wi-Fi Service Plans section. Here, you can choose a new plan to add to the one you already have.
3. Adding Products and Add-OnsIf you're looking to add a product or an add-on instead, click on Product Add-ons. Here, you can choose from options such as an Access Point, Smart Launch, or Managed Services.
4. Order Review and CheckoutOnce you've selected the service, product, or add-on you're looking for, click Order Now. Next, review your order to make sure everything is correct. If everything looks good, click Checkout.
5. Payment and Order CompletionYou'll see the payment method you recently added. Enter your CVV, then scroll down and check the box that says "I have read and agree to the Terms of Service." Finally, click Complete Order.
And that's it! Your order has been successfully placed.
