Add, Import, and Edit Hotspots

Adding a New Hotspot
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Navigate to Network > Hotspots.
- Click the Add Hotspot button.
- Complete the Hotspot Details section with the location information for your venue.
- Configure any additional hotspot settings as desired.
- Click Submit to create your hotspot.
Importing Multiple Hotspots
The Import Hotspot feature allows you to create multiple hotspots at one time using a spreadsheet template.- Log in to your dashboard.
- Navigate to Network > Hotspots.
- Click Import Hotspot.
- In the Import Hotspot Details section, click Download Template.
- Complete the template with the hotspot details for each location.
- Upload the completed template.
- Configure the remaining hotspot settings.
- Click Submit to create all hotspots included in the template.
Editing an Existing Hotspot
To edit an existing hotspot, navigate to Network > Hotspots and select the hotspot you would like to modify. The Edit Hotspot page gives you access to control all settings associated with the hotspot. View Splash Page: Opens a new tab to display the splash page content currently assigned to the hotspot. The page displayed is not meant to be a mock of the guest environment but a tool to visually confirm the current look of the hotspot splash page. Splash Page Selector- Guest Flow or Splash Page: select between using a guest flow or a splash page. Splash Page / Guest List: select the splash page or guest flow intended for use with this hotspot. Login Details- Type of Login: select the desired options for guests to login.- Simple: Simple "connect" button - will only collect the MAC address.
- Email: The guest will only be able to login using an email address.
- Social: The guest will be able to login using any of the social login methods turned "On" for the hotspot if it's assigned splash page contains the button. If a login method is turned "Off" the button will not be loaded for guests even if it is on the splash page. Be sure to also check the options button for each of the login methods for additional marketing benefits.

- Facebook Like URL- Enter a Facebook URL to insert an interstitial 'like page' into the login process for Guests who use Facebook.
- X Options
- X Handle- Allows you to add a X handle to the end of smart campaigns based on the hotspot location.

- SMS Options
- SMS Required: After a guest authenticates using their preferred social login method, they will be required to take an additional step and submit their telephone number and then enter a code sent to their phone via SMS. If you enable Require SMS, SMS will no longer be available as a social connection.
- Verification Expiration: The length the mobile number used on a guest profile is considered valid for. After this amount of time the guest will be required to complete the SMS login process again.
- Verification Text: This is the actual text message that will be delivered to guests during the 2FA SMS process. Using the {$code} key to place the generated code in the message where you like.
- Verification Instructions: This will be displayed above the 'Enter Mobile Number' field on the first page of the SMS 2FA process.

- Guest Plans Options
- Pay with Credit Card Text: This is the text that will be displayed to guests after they've selected a guest plan to purchase if a credit card payment processor has been configured.
- Pay with Paypal Text: This is the text that will be displayed to guests after they've selected a guest plan to purchase if Paypal payment processor has been configured.
- Pay with Paypal Subscription Text: This is the text that will be displayed to guests after they've selected a guest plan to purchase if Paypal Client ID has been configured under Client Customizations and the Guest Plan configured with a Paypal Subscribe Plan ID.
- Guest Plans (Required): Enable this toggle to require guests to submit the Access Code for the hotspot after completing a standard social sign on(Facebook/X/LinkedIn/Email/SMS).
- Guest Plan Expiration Email: This is the Email template that will be delivered to guests at the defined Expiration Message Time of the guest plan sold.
