Dashboard Access Instructions

To access your dashboard, simply go to dashboard.gozonewifi.com and log in with your account credentials.

Dashboard Home Page Snapshot

Once you log in, you'll land on the GoZone dashboard home page, which gives you a quick snapshot of your Wi-Fi activity and guest engagement. At the top, you'll see four key metrics for the last 15 days, along with percentages comparing your results to the previous 15-day period.

Key Guest Metrics Explained

First, you have new guests, which shows the number of new guests who have connected to your Wi-Fi. Next is repeat guests, which shows guests who have connected more than once. Then you have guests, which gives you the total number of guests who have connected. And finally, connections, which shows the total number of Wi-Fi connections.

Hotspot Usage Metrics

As you scroll down, you'll see the hotspot usage section. Here you can get a closer look at how your hotspots are being used. You'll see metrics such as today's new guests, total guests, today's connections, total connections, and average connections per guest. If you want more detailed information about your hotspot activity, you can click hotspot insights.

Monthly Activity Summary

Next you'll find the monthly summary. It gives you an overview of your activity for the current month. This includes new guests, total guests, total connections, average connection duration, and average connections per guest. You can also see your most recent connections from the last 24 hours, giving you a quick look at your most recent guest activity.

Top Guests And Insights

Right next to that, you'll find top guests from the last 15 days. By clicking guest insights, you can get more detailed information about your guests and their activity.

Device Usage Demographics

Continue scrolling down, you'll find device use demographics. This section shows you the types of devices your guests are using when they connect to your Wi-Fi.

Email Campaign Performance

Next is smart email read rate, where you can see how your email campaigns are performing and monitor your read rate. You can also click full campaign insights to access more detailed campaign information.

Age Demographics Breakdown

Then you have age demographics. If you're collecting guest birthdates through your Wi-Fi logging, this section can show you a breakdown of the different age groups connecting to your Wi-Fi.

Hotspot Location Map

And finally, at the bottom, you'll find hotspot locations. This map shows where your hotspots are located, which can be especially useful if you manage multiple locations.
