Fishbowl GRM Configuration Guide

The Smart WiFi Platform’s integration for Fishbowl GRM allows you to grow your Fishbowl GRM customer data in real time as Guests connect to your WiFi. Complete the following steps to setup an integration between your hotspots and a Fishbowl GRM Store.

Fishbowl GRM Configuration

1. Login to your Fishbowl GRM Dashboard
2. Click Settings
3. Click Brands & Stores
4. Click on the three dots in the store tile and and click on Edit.
5. Your Fishbowl Brand UUID can be found at the bottom center of the modal that pops up. Save this for later in this guide
6. Select Manage Stores
7. Click on the specific store you are looking to connect
8. Your Delightable Store UUID can be found at the bottom center of the modal that pops up. Save this for later in this guide

Smart WiFi Configuration

1. Login to your Smart WiFi dashboard
2. Use the navigation panel to the left to click Integrations > Mailer Apps
3. Click the Fishbowl tile, and then select the Fishbowl GRM option
4. Enable: Set the rule to ON
5. Select Hotspot: Select the hotspots that you want to sync Guest connection data to Fishbowl GRM.
6. Fishbowl Brand UUID: Enter the value collected in step 5 of the Fishbowl GRM Configuration section of this guide.
7. Fishbowl Store UUID: Enter the value collected in step 8 of the Fishbowl GRM Configuration section of this guide.
