Every access point that broadcasts an SSID configured to a Smart WiFi hotspot must have it’s MAC address (and any additionally required fields) added to the correct hotspot for the proper splash page to present itself. It is strongly recommended you add all of your MAC addresses before completing the
hardware configuration guide for your gateway type. Logged into the dashboard, under the Network tab you can navigate to the Gateways page which allows you to manage the gateways under your hotspots.
