How to sync emails with your Fishbowl quick subscribe account

You can connect your Fishbowl account to sync email activity and keep your data up to date.

Before you start

Make sure:

  • Your Fishbowl account is active
  • You have your Fishbowl login credentials
  • You obtain your Fishbowl quick subscribe account documentation
  • You have access to the integration settings in your Marketing 4 WiFi dashboard

Connect Fishbowl

  1. Log in to your Marketing4WiFi dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Integrations ➡️ Mailer Apps 
  3. Click on the Fishbowl tile
    1. Select Fishbowl Quick Subscribe
  4. Set Enable to ON
  5. Select your desired hotspot(s) for the rule to apply to.
  6. Select the time your desired daily run time.
  7. Use your Fishbowl account quick subscribe document to populate the rest of the Fishbowl details.
  8. Submit the page to save your changes.

Synchronization behavior

The Fishbowl quick subscribe integration rule will send the Email, First Name, and Last Name of all existing subscribed Guest Profiles for the selected hotspots during the first synchronization run. Subsequent syncs will send subscribed Guest data collected since the last time the rule was run.

 

Troubleshooting

If your emails are not syncing:

  • Reconnect the Fishbowl integration
  • Confirm your login credentials are correct
  • Check that your account has the right permissions
  • Review your sync settings and save again
