How to Add Users to Your Marketing4WiFi Dashboard
This video demonstrates how to add a new user and assign appropriate access within the Marketing4WiFi dashboard. You'll learn how to configure user credentials and permissions to ensure proper account management.
1. Introduction To User Addition
In this video, I'll walk you through how to add a new user and give them access to your Marketing4WiFi dashboard.
2. Accessing Client Settings
First, log into your Marketing4WiFi dashboard. Once you're in, go to Client Settings and then select Add/Edit Users.
3. Selecting Hotspot Access
Click on Add User. Under Hotspots, you can choose which hotspots the user should have access to. If you select a specific hotspot, the user will only have access to that location. If you leave this field blank, the default setting is all hotspots, so the user will have access to all locations associated with the account.
4. Entering User Credentials
Next, enter the user's username, email address, and password.
5. Setting Permissions And Submission
The password you create here can be reset by the user later if needed. Next, adjust the permissions based on what you want the user to be able to access or manage within the dashboard. Make sure to review the permissions carefully so the user has the appropriate level of access for their role. Once everything looks correct, click Submit.
6. User Creation Confirmation
The user will then be added to the account with the access and permissions you selected. And that's it! You have successfully created a new Marketing4WiFi dashboard user.
