How to Upgrade Your GoZone Plan
This video demonstrates how to upgrade your current GoZone plan using the billing portal. It guides you through accessing your account, selecting a new plan, and completing the payment process.
1. Upgrade Plan Introduction
If you'd like to upgrade your current GoZone plan, you can do it directly through your billing portal.
2. Access Billing Portal
Go to the GoZone billing portal, client.gozonewifi.com, and log into your account.
3. Select Product To Upgrade
Once you're logged in, find your active products/services. Click on the product you'd like to upgrade.
4. Choose Upgrade Plan
Click Upgrade. Choose the plan you'd like to upgrade to.
5. Select Payment Method
Click Choose Product. Select your preferred payment method. Click to Continue.
6. Confirm Payment And Submit
Enter your CVV to confirm the payment and finally click Submit. And that's it, your GoZone plan will be upgraded to the new package.
