The Smart WiFi Platform’s integration for Thanx Loyalty allows you to grow your customer data in real time as Guests connect to your Wi-Fi. Complete the following steps to complete the connection between your hotspots and Thanx Loyalty Merchant account.

Thanx Loyalty Configuration

  • Please contact your Thanx Customer Support Representative to collect your Merchant ID

Smart WiFi Configuration

  1. Login to your Smart WiFi dashboard
  2. Use the navigation panel to the left to click Integrations > Loyalty Apps
  3. Click the Thanx tile
  4. Enable: Set the rule to ON
  5. Select Hotspot: Select the hotspots that you want to sync Guest connection data to Thanx Loyalty
  6. Merchant Id: Enter your Thanx Loyalty Merchant ID
  7. Press Submit

The Thanx Loyalty integration rule will sync data in near real time as Guests make connections to your configured hotspots. The integration syncs the following Guest Profile details if they are available.
  • Email
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Postal code
  • Birthdate
